Increasingly, the research within the business has been evolving towards the event of fully automated surgical robotic techniques. This project focuses on the minimally invasive laparoscopic surgical procedure and aims to design, implement and utilize an assistive to a surgeon robotic system to conduct the necessary incision while implementing the Fulcrum Point. This course of entails designing, simulating and fabricating the laparoscopic tool while mechanically integrating it onto a commercially out there robotic system. The efficiency of the system might be corroborated by a tool-tracking methodology to ensure the integrity of the simulated surgical procedure.
