Heavy-metal treatments elevated the frequency of both SCE and MN and the plasma ranges of malondialdehyde, a marker of oxidative stress, and decreased the antioxidant enzyme actions and the level of whole glutathione in comparison with controls. All boron-tested compounds (5–20 ppm) significantly lowered all genotoxic effects that have been induced by low doses of heavy metals. These created a quantity of categories and used a spread of factors measured in different research to estimate the water classes.
