Open to seniors within the HPS option and to others by particular permission of an HPS college member. Emphasis shall be on using fundamental physics to know difficult methods. Examples will be selected from properties of supplies, geophysics, weather, planetary science, astrophysics, cosmology, biomechanics, etc. A faculty mentor will oversee a pupil proposed, independent research or examine project to fulfill the wants of undergraduate college students.
